Electronic dance music master Paul van Dyk welcomed graphic artwork and photographs that visually represented his sixth studio album ‘Evolution.’ We’re pleased to announce that he’s chosen Robert Ribeiro‘s submission to become the official digital cover art for a single off the album.

“This design shows the hope for contact with an advanced minds to help the evolution of the human being.”

Robert is from Sinaloa, Mexico. He’s not only an artist but a musician who likes electronica, dance and punk. As a painter and graphic designer, he enjoys multi-media, portrait and conceptual art.

Yuri Lance of Ukraine is the runner-up.

“Equilateral triangle, apex directed upwards, is called the triangle of evolution. This is a male and a solar sign, a symbol of divinity, fire, life, the spiritual world. A symbol of: fire, life, trance.”

American graphic designer Connor Parrott is the People’s Choice winner. He cites trance music as one of his heaviest influences.
